From June 7, a kilogram of hydrogen will cost a uniform \u20ac12.85\/kg (gross) at all H2 MOBILITY hydrogen filling stations. Despite the first price increase in more than ten years, the cost of driving a hydrogen car 100 km remains below that of comparable journeys using conventional fuels or a battery-electric car charging at public charging station*.<\/p>\n<h5>* At an average consumption of 0.8 kilograms of hydrogen (WLTP), the trip costs \u20ac10.28 per 100 km. An equivalent trip with gasoline or diesel and an assumed average consumption of 6.6 liters at a fuel price of \u20ac1.90 costs \u20ac12.54. Charging 19 kWh (average demand for 100 km) at a public charging station averages \u20ac11.21.
